Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağlar Ertekin, after completing his General Surgery Specialist training at the Department of General Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, worked as a General Surgery Physician at Bursa Çekirge State Hospital between 2017-2020 and in 2019 at Bursa City Hospital.
He took part in the 2018 Olive Branch Operation as a General Surgery Physician with the assignment of the Ministry of Health in the Turkish Armed Forces. Within the scope of general surgery practice, he developed his expertise in Obesity, Cancer and Hernia Surgery with Laparoscopic (closed) surgical method.
He accepts patients and performs surgeries in his own private clinic in Izmir. He has performed more than 4300 successful surgeries in 4 years.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağlar Ertekin is married and the father of two beautiful children.
